The product comes with a six-month warranty from the date of receipt.
Please inspect the product within one month of receiving it. If there are any problems with the product, please contact us within one month. After confirmation that the problem is not caused by human use, we will replace it for free.
The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Our company will bear the shipping cost of the replacement product.
Do not pick up the pins. This may cause the pins to deform.
Pick up the plastic housing instead.
It is recommended to store the connector in a moisture-proof box to control the environmental humidity, which can slow down the oxidation of the pins.
Connectors should be stored in an environment with a relative humidity of no more than 60% (the lower the better) and a temperature of 28 ± 2 degrees Celsius.
Connectors are mainly made of metal, which is easily oxidized by moisture and high temperature. Therefore, they need to be stored in a dry and cool environment.
If connectors are stored in an environment with too high humidity, a layer of oxide will appear on the surface of the connector, which will affect its electrical performance. If connectors are stored in a high-temperature environment, a layer of oxide will also appear on the surface of the connector, and it may cause the connector to deform or be damaged.
